Chaplain's Message
We all must pray for our Troops and their safe return home to their families.
Heavenly Father, master builder of the universe and architect of our lives, little do we realize how much of our life is planned by you. Many of us try to deviate, only to find it necessary to alter our decisions to conform with your already executed master plan.
Lord, give us the wisdom to realize this because if we do, we will benefit by having a more relaxed, more enjoyable and complete life with less hassle and fewer changes in our plans.
This can be accomplished by putting God in our plans first and letting him help with the decisions that must be made.
We must consider this in our daily lives, work habits, recreation, human relations, personal wants. Our needs are not the same and he will provide these.
Remember, God wants to help, but he also wants us to ask for it through faith, prayers, and your acknowledgement and praise that he is responsible for your good fortune.
When you plan your vacation this summer or anytime you travel, the #1 question should be: Where is the nearest church? Don't leave God out when you are having fun. Thank Him.
Amen
